Plan and compare your support
Compare Access4All services by the outcome you need
I want help participating in everyday community life
Start with community support and participation for agreed outings, appointments, shopping, recreation and local routines.
I need a worker for regular practical support
Read about NDIS support workers and how schedule, capabilities and participant preferences are matched.
I need practical support at home
Explore in-home support or eligible NDIS cleaning. Cleaning must relate to the participant’s funded support and agreed service.
I need help implementing or coordinating a plan
See support coordination. This is different from direct support-worker shifts.
I need recovery-oriented capacity building
See psychosocial recovery coaching, where included and appropriate for the participant.
Before choosing a service
Clarify the practical task, where it happens, preferred schedule, plan-management type and what a good result would look like. We will then check service scope, funding relevance, risks, worker capability and current capacity. Listing a service does not guarantee that it is funded or immediately available.
What makes a useful service agreement?
The agreement should identify the service, rates, schedule, travel or transport arrangements, cancellations, responsibilities, privacy, feedback and how either party may change or end the arrangement. Ask questions before signing.
Registered NDIS provider focused on participant choice
Access4All Disability Services is a Registered NDIS Provider delivering practical supports across southern Perth. Each service begins with a conversation about goals, preferences, safety, funding and the outcomes the participant wants to work toward.
Support that respects the whole person
Access4All welcomes participants of all ages, cultures, faiths, identities and backgrounds. We support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants and acknowledge the importance of culture, family, Country and community. We also welcome people from migrant and refugee communities, including Iranian and Afghan participants. Tell us about language, cultural, gender, family or communication preferences that will help support feel safe and respectful.
Before support begins
We listen to what matters to you, confirm the service is appropriate, discuss availability and agree on responsibilities, boundaries, communication and costs. You remain involved in decisions and can provide feedback at any time.
Perth metropolitan availability
We accept enquiries from across the Perth metropolitan area. Our strongest local client communities include Cockburn, Spearwood, Kelmscott, Bertram and Baldivis, with additional support across surrounding Perth suburbs subject to capacity.
Frequently asked questions
Which service is right for me?
The right service depends on your goals, plan and current needs. Contact us and we will explain the available options without pressuring you to proceed.
Are services automatically covered by my NDIS plan?
Not automatically. The support must align with your plan and funding arrangements. We confirm service and payment details before support begins.
Can my supports change over time?
Yes. We review what is working and discuss reasonable changes when your goals, availability or support needs change.
