NDIS Support Worker
Support participants with agreed community activities, routines and capacity-building goals while following individual support, safety and communication requirements.
- Relevant disability, individual-support or community-services training is valued.
- Clear communication and respect for participant rights.
- Ability to work reliably across agreed Perth locations and schedules.
- Required screening, checks and evidence must be current before employment begins.
Support Coordinator
Help eligible participants understand their plans, explore provider options, coordinate supports and strengthen their capacity to direct services.
- Relevant experience and qualifications in community services, social work or a related field.
- Strong organisation, documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of professional boundaries, conflicts and participant choice.
Client Intake Officer
Respond to enquiries, collect accurate initial information, coordinate onboarding steps and communicate clearly with participants, representatives and referrers.
- Customer service or disability-sector intake experience is valued.
- Strong written communication and careful record keeping.
- Commitment to privacy, consent and collecting only necessary information.
