Regular NDIS cleaning backed by practical experience
NDIS regular cleaning is our third service priority. Access4All has previously delivered recurring cleaning for NDIS participants, giving us practical experience with the importance of consistency, respectful home access and a clearly agreed task list.
For eligible participants, disability-related household assistance can help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home. We discuss priority areas, frequency, products, access, sensitivities and household preferences before scheduling.
Regular cleaning may include agreed tasks
- Vacuuming and mopping accessible floor areas.
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and common surfaces.
- Dusting and general household tidying within the agreed scope.
- Changing bed linen where agreed and safe.
- A weekly, fortnightly or other agreed recurring schedule.
- Clear communication when a task is unsafe or outside scope.
Reliable recurring service
Participants often value knowing what will be cleaned, when the worker will arrive and who to contact if the schedule changes. We aim to establish predictable expectations and encourage participants to raise preferences or concerns early.
NDIS funding and scope
Not every household task is automatically covered by NDIS funding. The support must be appropriate to the participant’s circumstances and funding arrangements. We confirm tasks, frequency, costs and payment method before recurring service begins.

Support that respects the whole person
Access4All welcomes participants of all ages, cultures, faiths, identities and backgrounds. We support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants and acknowledge the importance of culture, family, Country and community. We also welcome people from migrant and refugee communities, including Iranian and Afghan participants. Tell us about language, cultural, gender, family or communication preferences that will help support feel safe and respectful.
Before support begins
We listen to what matters to you, confirm the service is appropriate, discuss availability and agree on responsibilities, boundaries, communication and costs. You remain involved in decisions and can provide feedback at any time.
Perth metropolitan availability
We accept enquiries from across the Perth metropolitan area. Our strongest local client communities include Cockburn, Spearwood, Kelmscott, Bertram and Baldivis, with additional support across surrounding Perth suburbs subject to capacity.
NDIS cleaning services across Perth
We welcome enquiries for regular NDIS cleaning in Cockburn, Spearwood, Kardinya, Bertram, Baldivis, Wellard, Rockingham and other Perth metropolitan suburbs. Participants, representatives and support coordinators can ask about weekly or fortnightly household assistance, current availability and a written task scope.
Before regular cleaning begins
We confirm priority rooms, products, allergies, home access, pets, frequency, pricing and which tasks are included. NDIS funding is individual, so cleaning is not automatically covered for every participant.
