NDIS household tasks and domestic assistance
Household tasks can describe broader day-to-day domestic assistance than cleaning alone. Access4All’s cleaning service focuses on an agreed, disability-related household task list. Depending on funding, service fit and the service agreement, this may include routine cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors and commonly used areas, light household organisation and recurring domestic assistance.
What is agreed before cleaning starts

Meal preparation, personal care and skill-building are support-worker activities rather than cleaning tasks and should be discussed through our in-home support-worker service. We do not present this service as gardening, handyman work, home modification, pest control, specialist restoration or clinical infection-control cleaning.

We agree on priority rooms, routine tasks, products, access, pets, sensitivities, frequency, cancellations and how concerns will be raised. Cleaning must be connected to an eligible funded support and confirmed in the service agreement.

Does the NDIS always pay for house cleaning?
No. Cleaning can only be claimed where it is an eligible disability-related support, meets applicable NDIS requirements and is included in the participant’s plan or budget arrangements. Participants should confirm funding questions with the NDIA, plan manager or support coordinator.
Do you provide regular NDIS cleaning in Cockburn?
