Access4All confirms service capacity individually. A suburb appearing on this website means we accept enquiries from that area; it does not guarantee a particular worker, schedule or start date.

What our answer means

Check current capacity Professional referral

What a useful capacity answer should tell you

A provider saying “we service Perth” is not the same as confirming suitable capacity. A reliable answer should identify whether the requested suburb, schedule, support tasks and essential worker capabilities can be covered consistently.

Likely capacity

The request appears compatible with the current team, but onboarding and a proposed worker match are still required.

More information required

We need clarification about tasks, risks, transport, communication or timing before giving a responsible answer.

Alternative schedule possible

The requested time is unavailable, but a clearly stated alternative may be discussed without pressure.

Not currently suitable

The location, roster, service scope or required capability cannot presently be delivered reliably.

Information for a fast capacity check

  • Suburb or postcode and regular destinations.
  • Support type and practical tasks required.
  • Preferred days, start and finish times and frequency.
  • Desired start date and whether the schedule is flexible.
  • Essential communication, mobility, behavioural or health-related support considerations.
  • Transport expectations and worker preferences important to the participant.

What not to send initially

A first enquiry normally does not require an entire NDIS plan, identity documents or unrelated clinical records. Share only information that is authorised and necessary to assess likely suitability. We will explain any further onboarding information and why it is required.

Response and acceptance

We aim to respond promptly during business hours. An enquiry does not reserve a worker or create a service agreement. Access4All accepts participants only where we believe the service can be delivered safely, respectfully and consistently.
