In-home support should feel respectful, predictable and connected to your independence. We agree on tasks and routines before service begins and take time to understand how you prefer people to work within your home.
Support may be discussed for
- Establishing and following daily routines.
- Preparing simple meals and organising household tasks.
- Building skills for greater independence at home.
- Assistance connected to appointments or community activities.

You can discuss access arrangements, household customs, privacy, preferred products, cultural considerations, pets and communication needs. The final scope depends on your NDIS plan, assessed needs and service agreement.
