No pressure and no obligation. Service depends on suitability, participant choice, relevant funding and current capacity.

Understand and implement the plan
We can explain funded supports, help organise priorities and clarify what different providers do.
Connect with suitable services
Options are discussed with the participant. The participant chooses providers; we do not force or guarantee a particular service.
Build coordination confidence
Support can focus on resolving barriers, strengthening networks and increasing confidence managing supports over time.

What support coordination can and cannot do
- We work within the funded support-coordination role and the participant’s goals.
- We can assist with provider connections, service organisation and preparation for relevant NDIS conversations.
- We do not approve funding, make NDIA decisions, provide legal advice or guarantee plan outcomes.
- Any conflict of interest is discussed transparently and participant choice remains central.
Questions answered before you decide
Do I need support coordination funded in the plan?
Generally, the support must be funded or another valid payment arrangement confirmed before ongoing coordination begins. We can discuss the situation but cannot approve funding.
Can you help find support workers and allied-health providers?
We can help the participant identify and compare options within the coordination role. Availability and acceptance remain decisions for each provider and the participant.
Can a parent make the first enquiry?
Yes. We clarify consent, nominee or decision-making arrangements and how the participant wants to be involved.
Can you guarantee a plan reassessment result?
No. We may help organise relevant information within our role, but the NDIA makes plan decisions.
Can Access4All coordinate and deliver direct supports?
Potential conflicts and participant choice must be handled transparently. The participant is free to choose separate providers and is not required to use Access4All direct supports.
Ready for a clear answer about suitability and capacity?
You do not need to decide today. Start with a free conversation and ask every question that matters to the participant.
