Access4All provides recovery-oriented community support and psychosocial recovery coaching for eligible NDIS participants across Perth. Support focuses on practical goals, connection and routines chosen by the participant.

Psychosocial disability and community participation

A participant may want support to re-establish an everyday routine, attend appointments, reconnect with community, explore an interest or take manageable steps toward greater independence. Progress is personal and may not be linear.

Working alongside clinical and community supports

With appropriate consent, recovery-oriented support can coordinate with authorised services and informal supports. It does not replace diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment or crisis care.

Clear boundaries and safety

We discuss the role, communication, agreed activities and what to do if circumstances change. If someone is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero on 000. For crisis assistance, use an appropriate emergency or mental-health service.

Frequently asked questions

Is a recovery coach a therapist?

No. Recovery coaching is an NDIS support role and is not clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Can support help me reconnect with community activities?

This may be an agreed goal when suitable and funded, with steps paced around the participant.

Can a support coordinator refer someone?

Yes, with appropriate authority or consent and enough information for an initial capacity discussion.

Check current capacity in Perth

Tell us who needs support, the preferred days and times, and what would make a worker a suitable match. We will give you a clear answer about current availability and next steps.

Information to have ready

For a useful capacity answer, include the exact suburb, support required, preferred schedule, desired start date, funding-management type if known, and any essential matching or safety considerations. Broad service coverage does not guarantee a worker is available for a particular roster.

Compare service fit, not only provider claims

Ask every provider about current availability, worker suitability, screening and supervision, costs and cancellations, transport arrangements, continuity during leave, privacy, feedback and complaints. Read our support-worker matching checklist or use the professional referral checklist.
