Important limits of this estimate

This calculator uses one rate across the whole period. It does not account for different weekday, evening, overnight, weekend or public-holiday rates, travel, cancellations, reports, other supports sharing the same budget, or funding-period restrictions. Check recent claims, committed services, the plan, the service agreement and the participant portal or app before arranging support.

What you need

Why this is only an estimate

This calculator handles one hourly rate at a time. It does not automatically include different weekday, evening, overnight, Saturday, Sunday or public-holiday rates, travel, cancellations, non-face-to-face work, reports, funding periods or other supports sharing the same budget. Check the participant portal or my NDIS app, recent invoices and the service agreement before scheduling support.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate NDIS support hours from a budget?

Enter the available funding for one support, subtract committed costs, add the agreed hourly rate and select the dates and preferred support days. The calculator divides usable funding by the rate and spreads the result across the selected period.

Does the calculator include weekend and public-holiday rates?

No. It uses one hourly rate at a time. Run separate estimates for different rates or prepare a more detailed schedule before committing funding.

Why might the actual available funding be different?

Unprocessed claims, delivered supports, invoices, other supports using the same budget and NDIS funding periods can change what is currently available.

Does Access4All receive the information I enter?

No. The calculator runs in the web browser and does not submit the entered values to Access4All.
