How to use the NDIS item-code finder
- Enter all or part of an NDIS support item number or support name.
- Select national, remote or very remote pricing. Most metropolitan Perth users will view national guidance, but location classifications must be checked.
- Review the unit, effective dates, quote status and claiming flags.
- Confirm the current catalogue, pricing schedule, service agreement and participant funding before relying on a price.

The NDIA describes catalogue amounts as appropriate maximum prices. A listed amount is not a promise that a support is funded, suitable or available. Some supports require a quote, some use a unit price of $1, and additional pricing rules may apply.

Is the amount shown the price every provider must charge?
No. Published amounts may be maximum price limits or catalogue unit values. The applicable support, conditions and agreed price must be checked before service begins.
Does finding an item mean it is funded in a participant plan?
No. A catalogue result does not confirm that a support is available in a particular plan or appropriate for a participant. Check the plan, funding management and current official guidance.

The tool uses the NDIS Support Catalogue 2026–27 version 1.1, effective from 1 July 2026. Always check the official NDIS website for later revisions.
