2026–27 pricing information
The NDIA’s pricing material includes a schedule effective from 1 July 2026 and a 2026–27 support catalogue. Participants should be told about proposed changes to existing service agreements and must agree before those changes are made.
Changes to planning and legislation
The NDIA publishes implementation information through its Changes to the NDIS hub. Changes may be introduced gradually, so verify commencement dates and how a change applies to an individual plan.

2026-27 pricing information
The NDIA released the 2026-27 Annual Pricing Review and a Pricing Schedule for use from 1 July 2026. Existing service-agreement price changes must be discussed and agreed with participants.
New NDIS laws passed in August 2026
The NDIA says changes will be phased in. Participants can continue using plans and supports as usual unless the NDIA tells them that a change affects them.
Plan reassessment requests
From 27 August 2026, the NDIA states that only a participant, nominee or child representative can request a plan reassessment, using the correct form and supporting information. Plan variations remain available for relevant urgent, minor or short-term changes.

- Check the publication and effective dates.
- Read the official NDIS page, not only a social post or provider summary.
- Look for a direct message in the participant portal or from the NDIA.
- Ask the participant’s my NDIS contact about plan-specific effects.
- Review service agreements only where an actual service, price or claiming condition changes.
