What the NDIS pricing schedule does
The schedule provides guidance about appropriate maximum prices for NDIS supports. Participants and providers can discuss the price that applies to the support, and proposed price changes to an existing service agreement must be discussed and agreed before they are made.
Before services begin
- Confirm the support item and service scope.
- Record the agreed price and applicable conditions.
- Explain travel, cancellations and non-face-to-face activities where relevant.
- Confirm how the participant’s plan is managed.
- Provide a service agreement that the participant can understand.
