For eligible participants, recurring household assistance can help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home. A reliable service begins with a clear task list and realistic schedule.
Agree on the cleaning priorities
Discuss the rooms and tasks that matter most, preferred products, allergies or sensitivities, home access, pets and anything the worker should know before arriving.
Set a recurring schedule
Weekly, fortnightly or another agreed frequency may be suitable depending on needs, funding and provider capacity. Confirm what happens on public holidays or when a visit must change.
Understand the service scope
Routine cleaning can differ from deep cleaning, specialist cleaning, maintenance or hazardous work. Ask for inclusions and exclusions in writing.
Confirm funding and costs
Cleaning is not automatically funded for every participant. Confirm the support aligns with the plan and funding arrangements before service begins.
Access4All cleaning experience
Access4All has experience providing regular cleaning for NDIS participants across Perth. Current coverage and scheduling are confirmed for each enquiry.
