Access4All Disability Services receives enquiries for NDIS community support, support workers, in-home assistance, eligible cleaning, support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching across metropolitan Perth. Our strongest local presence is in Cockburn and Perth’s southern and south-east suburbs, while enquiries from Joondalup in the north, Mandurah in the south and Byford in the south-east are assessed according to the requested service and whether a reliable roster is practical.

Primary local service areas
Access4All has a particularly strong local focus around Cockburn, Spearwood, Bibra Lake, Kardinya, Bertram and surrounding southern Perth communities. These areas are close to established office and service connections, but every enquiry still requires an individual capacity and suitability check.
Southern Perth and coastal corridor
We assess enquiries across Kwinana, Wellard, Rockingham and Baldivis, extending to Mandurah where the requested shift length, travel and roster can be delivered sustainably. Tell us the exact suburb, likely destinations and preferred shift times. This helps us decide whether support can be consistent rather than accepting an arrangement that may be difficult to maintain.
South-east Perth service areas
Access4All welcomes capacity enquiries from Gosnells, Kelmscott, Canning Vale and Byford. Useful information includes whether the support is at home or in the community, expected travel between destinations, mobility or communication requirements, preferred days and times, and any capabilities essential to safe support.
Northern Perth enquiries
Joondalup represents the northern extent of the service-area guide. Northern enquiries require careful consideration of travel, worker location, shift length, requested frequency and continuity. Listing Joondalup does not mean that every northern suburb has immediate capacity.

What support can you enquire about?
Community support and participation
Participant-chosen support for shopping, appointments, recreation, social connection and everyday community routines, where appropriate to the participant’s goals, plan and service agreement.
NDIS support workers
Worker matching considers schedule, required capabilities, communication, culture, interests, participant preferences and whether a sustainable regular roster is available.
Other Access4All services
Depending on suitability and current capacity, enquiries may also relate to in-home support, eligible NDIS cleaning, support coordination or psychosocial recovery coaching.
How we decide whether an area is serviceable
- Exact location: the participant’s suburb, meeting point and likely community destinations.
- Schedule: requested days, start and finish times, frequency and desired commencement date.
- Support requirements: the practical tasks, communication, mobility, personal assistance, risks and worker capabilities required.
- Travel and transport: whether the arrangement involves provider travel, participant transport, public transport, vehicle suitability or activity costs.
- Participant-worker fit: preferences that matter to the participant and whether an appropriate worker is available.
- Continuity: whether the proposed roster can be delivered reliably rather than only as a one-off shift.
For participants, families and professional referrers
Participants, parents and guardians can use our short support-matching enquiry. Start with the suburb, service required, preferred schedule and best contact method. Support coordinators, LACs, allied-health professionals and other authorised referrers can use the detailed referral form when they have appropriate consent or authority to share information.
For a first capacity check, avoid sending an entire NDIS plan or unrelated medical records. If Access4All appears suitable, we will explain what information is required for safe onboarding and why.

Frequently asked questions
Does Access4All support every Perth suburb?
We receive enquiries across metropolitan Perth, but actual service depends on the support requested, worker location and capability, schedule, travel and participant-worker fit. Outer-metro and northern enquiries may require longer shifts or different scheduling to be sustainable.
Does selecting my suburb on the map confirm availability?
No. The map helps you understand geographic coverage. Current capacity is confirmed only after we review the individual request.
Can a support worker provide transport?
Transport arrangements, vehicle suitability, provider travel, costs and available funding must be discussed and agreed before service. Transport is not automatically included because a suburb is listed.
Can support take place outside the participant’s home suburb?
Community support may involve agreed destinations outside the home suburb. Tell us the expected route and activities so timing, travel and suitability can be assessed.
Can a parent or guardian enquire for an adult participant?
Yes. We will clarify consent or authority and ask how the participant wants to be involved in decisions and communication.
Can a support coordinator or LAC ask about capacity first?
Yes. An initial capacity enquiry can include the suburb, support type, essential requirements, schedule and desired start date without sending unnecessary personal records.
Is the first capacity conversation free?
Yes. The initial conversation is a no-obligation discussion about service suitability and current capacity. It is not an NDIS funding assessment and does not create a service agreement.
What if Access4All cannot provide the requested service?
We would rather provide a clear answer than accept an arrangement we cannot deliver reliably. If the location, schedule, risk or required capability is outside current capacity, we will explain that we are not presently the right fit.
