How we can help

Support centred on your choices

We work with you to understand your priorities and keep you involved in decisions. We do not guarantee funding outcomes and will be transparent about our role.

Make your NDIS plan easier to understand and use

NDIS plans can involve several providers, budgets and decisions. Our support coordination service helps you understand the supports in your plan, identify appropriate providers and organise services around your goals. We explain options in plain language and help you prepare questions so you can make informed choices.

Support coordination may include

Choice, transparency and independence

We explain potential conflicts and do not pressure you to use a particular provider. Our role is to strengthen your choice and control, not take decisions away from you. We cannot guarantee NDIA funding outcomes, but we can help you present clear, accurate information about your goals and support experience.

Support that respects the whole person

Access4All welcomes participants of all ages, cultures, faiths, identities and backgrounds. We support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants and acknowledge the importance of culture, family, Country and community. We also welcome people from migrant and refugee communities, including Iranian and Afghan participants. Tell us about language, cultural, gender, family or communication preferences that will help support feel safe and respectful.

Before support begins

We listen to what matters to you, confirm the service is appropriate, discuss availability and agree on responsibilities, boundaries, communication and costs. You remain involved in decisions and can provide feedback at any time.

Perth metropolitan availability

We accept enquiries from across the Perth metropolitan area. Our strongest local client communities include Cockburn, Spearwood, Kelmscott, Bertram and Baldivis, with additional support across surrounding Perth suburbs subject to capacity.

Frequently asked questions

What does an NDIS support coordinator do?

A support coordinator helps you understand your plan, connect with providers, coordinate supports, address barriers and build confidence managing services.

Can support coordination help before a plan reassessment?

A coordinator can help organise information about your goals, current supports and service outcomes. They cannot guarantee an NDIS funding decision.

Will I stay involved in provider decisions?

Yes. Recommendations should reflect your goals and preferences, and you retain choice and control over providers and agreed supports.
