Operating and support availability

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Rostered support staff can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week where this has been assessed, agreed and scheduled as part of the participant’s support arrangements.

Support-related enquiries, feedback and complaints can be submitted at any time. Access4All is not an emergency or crisis service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero on 000.

More than familiar promises

Most disability providers describe experienced support workers, strong relationships, personalised support, reliability, participant choice, cultural respect, independence and meaningful community connection. These qualities matter, but they should be demonstrated through everyday practice, not treated as marketing phrases.

At Access4All, we focus on continuity, listening and following through on agreed support. The ongoing relationships we have built with long-term participants reflect the trust, familiarity and connection developed between participants, families and support staff. We do not claim that one approach suits everyone, and past continuity does not guarantee an individual outcome. Each participant decides whether the relationship and service remain right for them.

We only commence support when we can commit to it

We only commence services when we believe we can provide safe, reliable and suitable support for the participant’s goals, preferences, location and schedule. This means checking current capacity, worker suitability, support requirements, consent, safeguards and funding arrangements before confirming a start date.

If we are not the right fit or do not have suitable capacity, we will explain that honestly. Access4All does not determine NDIS eligibility, approve funding or guarantee service outcomes.

Free, no-obligation support consultation

Talk with our team about the participant’s goals, preferred schedule, location and support needs. We can explain our services and check current capacity and service suitability. The initial conversation is free, there is no obligation to proceed, and it is not an NDIS assessment or professional advice.

A Registered NDIS Provider committed to dignity and belonging

Access4All Disability Services welcomes people across all ages, races, faiths, cultures, gender identities and family structures. We believe good support begins by listening to the individual rather than making assumptions about disability, culture or background.

Culture and community matter

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters where we live and work and pay respect to Elders past and present. We welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants and recognise the importance of connection to Country, culture, family and community.

We also welcome culturally and linguistically diverse communities, including Iranian and Afghan participants. Participants can tell us about language, food, faith, gender, family and cultural preferences that should shape support. Availability of a particular language-speaking worker must always be confirmed rather than assumed.
